How much time do I need to commit?
Most volunteers lead 1-2 workshops per quarter (60-90 minutes each). You choose your schedule and can participate as often as your calendar allows. There's no minimum commitment—even a single workshop makes a real difference.
Do I need teaching experience?
No teaching experience required! We provide workshop templates, facilitation guides, and optional instructor training. Your professional expertise is what matters. Many of our most effective instructors are first-time teachers.
What if I can only do evenings or weekends?
That works perfectly! Our learners are spread across multiple time zones, and many prefer evening or weekend sessions to accommodate their current work schedules. You choose when to host your workshops.
Can my company track my volunteer hours?
Yes. We provide verified volunteer hour documentation that integrates with most corporate CSR platforms (Benevity, YourCause, etc.). You'll receive a certificate after each workshop with exact hours contributed.
What language are workshops in?
All workshops are conducted in English. Our learners are Ukrainian professionals with intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency who are specifically practicing professional English skills.
What technology do I need?
Just a computer with a webcam and stable internet connection. Workshops are hosted on Zoom (we provide the meeting link). All materials are provided as ready-to-share Google Slides or PDFs.
What if I need to cancel?
Life happens! Just give us 48 hours notice if possible, and we'll reschedule or find a substitute instructor. There's no penalty for canceling—we understand professional and personal commitments come first.
