Our Programmes
20,000+ Ukrainians reached since 2022. Here's how.
Since the Russian invasion in February 2022, TEEI has built a comprehensive support system for displaced Ukrainians. Our six core programmes form a pipeline that takes individuals from initial language barriers through to professional careers in their new countries.
We start with language access, progress to digital skills training, provide mentorship for career transitions, and support professional integration. Each programme connects to the next, creating a complete pathway to self-sufficiency and dignity.
The Pipeline: Language → Skills → Mentoring → Jobs
A complete pathway from displacement to professional integration. Each stage builds on the last, creating momentum toward self-sufficiency.
Language Access
Free English and Norwegian courses to break the first barrier to integration.
Digital Skills
Professional certifications in data science, programming, and business analytics.
Career Mentoring
One-on-one guidance from professionals in UK, US, and Europe.
Job Placement
Direct pathways to employment through our corporate partner network.

Language Connect for Ukraine
1:1 conversation practice with international volunteers
The Challenge
Displaced Ukrainians often face language barriers that limit their access to employment, education, and social integration in host countries. Traditional language courses can be expensive, inflexible, or lack the conversational practice needed for real-world fluency.

Language Connect pairs Ukrainian learners with international volunteers for free, personalized 1:1 conversation sessions. Using the Kintell platform, learners practice English, Polish, German, and other languages with native or fluent speakers, building confidence and practical communication skills.
