Education should
lead somewhere.

We are a nonprofit building the practical bridge between interrupted education and real-world independence.

The Problem

Displacement often means education stops. Or worse, it continues but leads to no employment.

Our Method

A connected ecosystem of language, digital skills, and career mentorship.

The Outcome

Readiness for work. Stronger professional networks. Skills that open doors.

Why We Exist

We saw a broken link between learning and life.

TEEI was founded for girls and women whose education had stalled before it could lead anywhere. We saw a pattern: access to school did not guarantee access to the economy.

01

Crisis

Conflict or inequality disrupts traditional schooling paths. Degrees become unrecognized; careers stall.

02

The Bridge

TEEI provides the "missing middle": Language for the workplace. Skills for the digital economy.

03

Independence

The goal is not just a certificate, but readiness for work, income-generating opportunities, and the ability to move forward on their own terms.

What We Do

A clear, connected pathway.

Connection → Language → Skills → Work.
A designed ecosystem, not isolated interventions.

Step 01

Connection

Reducing isolation through peer support groups and community building to create a foundation for learning.

Step 02

Language

Live courses in 11 languages, focused specifically on workplace communication and professional vocabulary.

Step 03

Skills

Technical training with partners like DataCamp and Splunk, targeting high-demand digital roles.

Step 04

Mentorship

1-to-1 professional guidance to navigate the job market, fix CVs, and practice interviews.

Who We Support

TEEI primarily supports girls and women facing structural barriers. All programmes are designed with women's realities in mind, including safety, confidence, caregiving responsibilities, and continuity over time.
