How long should my video be?
Aim for 60-90 seconds. The maximum is 3 minutes, but shorter videos tend to be more engaging and get more views.
Can I upload a video instead of recording?
Yes! Click "Upload a video file" in the recorder to upload an existing video from your device. Supported formats: MP4, WebM, MOV. Maximum size: 100MB.
Why do I need to verify my email?
Email verification ensures that only genuine testimonials from real people appear in our gallery. It's also how we'll contact you if your video is featured!
When will my video be published?
After you verify your email, our team reviews all videos within 2-3 business days. Once approved, you'll receive an email and your video will appear in the gallery.
Can I delete my video later?
Absolutely. You have the right to request removal at any time. Email us at skills-academy@theeducationalequalityinstitute.org and we'll remove it within 2 business days.
