Partnership Details

Is this really free for our company? +
Yes. Our programmes are funded by institutional donors and grants. Corporate partners contribute employee time, not money. If you want to also contribute financially, we welcome that — but it's not required.
How much time do employees need to commit? +
It varies by programme. Language Connect is 30–60 minutes per session. Mentoring is about 1 hour per month. Skills Academy workshops are 90 minutes. Buddy relationships are 1–2 hours per month. Employees choose what fits their schedule.
Can employees participate during work hours? +
That's up to your company's VTO (Volunteer Time Off) policy. Many partners allow volunteering during work hours. We provide documentation to support internal approval.

Reporting & Administration

How does CSR reporting work? +
Every session is automatically logged. We generate volunteer hour summaries and can format reports for major platforms like Benevity, YourCause, CyberGrants, and Alaya. Your employees volunteer. We handle the paperwork.
Do employees need training? +
No formal training required. We provide short guides and resources, but the programmes are designed so employees can start quickly using skills they already have.

Flexibility

What if employees want to stop? +
They can pause or stop anytime. We design programmes for flexibility. Life happens. There's no penalty for taking a break.
Can we focus on specific programmes? +
Absolutely. Some partners focus only on mentorship. Others only want language practice. Some want all four. We tailor to your priorities.
