Your industry knowledge. Their career restart.
Career mentoring for displaced professionals. A volunteer mentor matched by industry, seniority, and geography. One-on-one. On video. On the mentee's schedule. Free.
Dmytro had an MBA and eight months of silence from Dutch employers.
Dmytro ran a fintech team of twelve in Kyiv. He has an MBA. He relocated to Amsterdam with his family in 2022. His Dutch CV got zero responses for eight months.
The problem was not his qualifications. No one told him Dutch employers read CVs differently. That the cover letter matters more than the LinkedIn profile. That networking means coffee, not conferences. That "senior manager" in Ukraine does not translate to "senior manager" in the Netherlands.
Dmytro needed 30 minutes with someone who works in Dutch fintech. Not a career coach. Not a government programme. A person in his industry, in his new country, who could say: "Here is what you are doing wrong. Here is what you should do instead."
Mentors for Ukraine provided that person. After three sessions, Dmytro rewrote his CV, changed his LinkedIn, and landed interviews at two Dutch fintechs. He started his new role in March.
