From language barriers to working careers.
20,000+ Ukrainians reached since 2022. Here's how.
Since February 2022, TEEI has built a pipeline of connected programmes for displaced Ukrainians. Language access comes first. Skills and mentorship follow. Each stage prepares participants for the next.
Most nonprofits run programmes. TEEI runs a pipeline. Language Connect, TEEI Language Courses, Mentors for Ukraine, and the Upskilling and Employment Programme are designed to work together, not in isolation.
The Pipeline: Language → Skills → Mentoring → Careers
Technical skills get you considered. Language gets you hired. Each stage of the pipeline builds on the last, creating real momentum toward a career in a new country.
