How It Works

1

Employee donates to TEEI

Through our FundraiseUp-powered donation flow, the employee's company is auto-detected. No extra forms, no friction.

2

Company matches the donation

TEEI provides instant donation confirmation and tax documentation. We handle the matching request paperwork on behalf of the donor.

3

Combined impact doubles

$50 becomes $100, supporting 2 learners instead of 1. Every matched gift stretches further because 97% goes directly to programmes.

Seamless platform integration

TEEI integrates with Benevity, YourCause, CyberGrants, and 350+ workplace giving platforms. Your employees can submit matching requests without leaving their company's giving portal.

Why Partner With Us

What makes TEEI different

Four reasons corporate partners choose us over larger alternatives.

97% Programme Efficiency

Ninety-seven cents of every euro goes directly to programmes. Our remote-native model and strategic in-kind partnerships eliminate the overhead that burdens traditional nonprofits. The Charity Navigator benchmark is 70%. We exceed it by 27 points.

Per-Participant Outcome Tracking

We track each learner's individual journey: enrolment, attendance, completion, skill assessments, and employment outcomes where applicable. Partners receive specific data, not aggregate estimates. This level of tracking is rare in the sector.

ESG and SDG Reporting

Our programmes directly advance UN Sustainable Development Goals 4 (Quality Education), 5 (Gender Equality), 8 (Decent Work), and 10 (Reduced Inequalities). We provide data formatted for GRI, SASB, and EU CSRD reporting frameworks.

Programme delivery partners

Structured volunteering works best when teams get clear onboarding, measurable participation, and reporting they can actually use internally.

TEEI partnership model

Example partnership flow

Challenge

A corporate team wants structured volunteering with clear reporting, but does not want to build programme operations from scratch.

What we did

TEEI scopes the programme, handles onboarding, provides participant-facing infrastructure, and returns periodic reporting on participation and delivery.

Result

The company gets a repeatable volunteering programme with clearer internal accountability and less operational lift.

Questions

Common questions from partners

01 Is TEEI a registered nonprofit? What documentation do you provide?
Yes. TEEI is a US 501(c)(3) nonprofit (EIN: 33-2331817) with headquarters in Norway. We provide determination letters, annual Form 990s, audited financial statements, board lists, and policy documentation. Download our complete due diligence packet above.
02 How do you measure and report outcomes?
We track individual participant progress: enrolment, attendance, completion, skill assessments, and employment outcomes where applicable. Every company receives quarterly reports with aggregate data plus anonymised individual-level detail. Data is formatted for ESG reporting frameworks including GRI, SASB, and EU CSRD.
03 What does employee engagement actually involve?
Employees sign up through our platforms (Kintell for mentoring, itslearning for skills training). TEEI handles onboarding, safeguarding training, matching, and scheduling. Time commitment ranges from 1 hour per month (mentoring) to 2-4 hours per week (teaching). All engagement is remote, so employees participate from anywhere.
04 How are funds used? What does 97% to programmes mean?
Ninety-seven percent of donations fund programme delivery directly: platform costs, content licensing, coordinator salaries, and learner support. Three percent covers essential administration. This efficiency comes from our remote-native model, volunteer workforce, and strategic in-kind partnerships with technology providers.
05 Can this support our ESG or CSRD reporting?
Yes. We map all programmes to UN Sustainable Development Goals 4, 5, 8, and 10. We provide framework-ready data for every participating company, whether you stay with employee engagement or add a sponsorship tier. For companies subject to EU CSRD requirements, our reporting includes the metrics and documentation sustainability teams typically need.
06 What is the typical timeline from first call to launch?
Employee engagement programmes launch within 2-4 weeks of agreement. Funded sponsorships typically take 4-8 weeks to finalise depending on internal approval processes. We can accommodate faster timelines for companies with urgent CSR calendar needs.
07 Can we start with employee engagement and add sponsorship later?
Absolutely. Many partners begin with employee engagement and later choose an optional sponsorship tier to fund more programme delivery. Reporting stays included either way, so sponsorship supports TEEI operations and reach without changing what reporting is included.
Partner Infrastructure

Structured reporting infrastructure

Corporate partnerships require clear, verifiable reporting. CSR Cockpit provides ESG-aligned metrics, quarterly exports, and audit-ready documentation from Open onward with no internal data collection required.
