Is this really 100% free?

Yes! All our mentorship programs are completely free for Ukrainian mentees. Our mentors are volunteers who donate their time and expertise to support Ukrainians.

Who are the mentors?

Our mentors are experienced professionals from around the world who volunteer their time. They come from 50+ industries and 60+ countries. All mentors are vetted and trained to provide high-quality guidance.

How long does mentorship last?

It depends on your needs! Flash mentorship is a single 60-90 minute session. Ongoing mentorship typically lasts 3-6 months with regular sessions. You can always extend or switch programs.

What if English isn't my first language?

Many of our mentors speak Ukrainian, Russian, or other languages. We'll match you with a mentor who speaks your preferred language whenever possible.

Can I have more than one mentor?

Yes! You can have different mentors for different areas (e.g., one for career guidance and another for skills training).

What if I'm not sure which program I need?

That's okay! Start with a flash mentorship session. Your mentor can help you figure out which program would be most beneficial for your situation.

Is there a waiting list?

Currently, we can match most mentees within 24-48 hours. During high-demand periods, it may take up to 1 week.

What if my mentor and I aren't a good fit?

No problem! You can request a new mentor at any time. We want you to feel comfortable and supported.
