Find Your Company's YourCause Portal
YourCause is almost always rebranded. Search your company intranet for your program name, or use the direct links in the company portals section below.
Don't see your company? Search your intranet for 'CSRconnect', 'Giving Campaign', 'Employee Giving', or 'YourCause'. The platform may be deeply integrated into your HR portal rather than a standalone site. - 2
Log an Offline Donation (If You Already Gave)
If you donated to TEEI directly through our website, you need to 'log' that donation in YourCause to request the corporate match. Navigate to 'Give' or 'Donations' section, then select 'Log an Offline Donation'.
Some YourCause portals call this 'Request a Match' or 'Submit Match Request'. The key is you're recording a donation you already made, not making a new one. - 3
Search for TEEI by EIN
YourCause connects to the Blackbaud Verified Network with 1.6+ million nonprofits. Search by EIN 33-2331817 for the fastest result.

Upload Receipt & Complete Verification
YourCause requires donation verification. Some companies auto-verify; others require you to upload a receipt showing date, amount, donor name, organization name, and 'no goods or services' statement.
The PDF receipt we emailed you after your donation includes all required information. Can't find it? Contact contact@theeducationalequalityinstitute.org and we'll resend within 24 hours.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is NPOconnect?
NPOconnect is YourCause's nonprofit portal. It's where organizations like TEEI manage their profile and receive donations from corporate employee giving programs. Employees use CSRconnect; nonprofits use NPOconnect.
Why can't I find 'YourCause' in my company apps?
Companies almost always rebrand YourCause. Look for your company's giving program name instead: 'Community Crew' (CVS), 'Make a Difference' (Dell), 'Humankind' (Chevron), etc. Or search your intranet for 'CSRconnect'.
What's the difference between CSRconnect and NPOconnect?
CSRconnect is for employees (giving, volunteering, matching). NPOconnect is for nonprofits (managing profiles, receiving funds). As a donor, you use CSRconnect through your company's portal.
What's the matching gift request deadline?
It varies by company. Boeing: January 31 of the following year. AT&T: 12 months from donation. Dell: Calendar year. Chevron: Check your Humankind portal. Submit as soon as possible after donating.
How do I log volunteer hours for a volunteer grant?
In your company's YourCause portal, navigate to 'Volunteer' or 'Hours'. Log the hours you volunteered, the organization, and the activity. Many companies automatically convert volunteer hours to nonprofit grants.
My company requires 'compliance agreement' acceptance. What is that?
Some companies require nonprofits to accept terms before receiving matched funds. TEEI has accepted these agreements for major YourCause clients. If you see a compliance issue, contact us at contact@theeducationalequalityinstitute.org.
