Go to PortalStep-by-Step Instructions
Follow these steps to submit your matching gift request through CyberGrants.
- 1
Find Your Company's CyberGrants Portal
CyberGrants doesn't have a universal employee login. Each company has a unique URL. Unlike Benevity, CyberGrants URLs are company-specific and often require VPN or intranet access.
Can't find your company? Search your HR intranet for 'CyberGrants', 'matching gifts', or 'employee giving'. Many companies require you to be on VPN or the corporate network to access the portal. - 2
Select 'Record an Offline Donation' or 'Log a Gift'
If you already donated to TEEI directly (via our website, check, or credit card), you need to record that 'offline donation' in CyberGrants to request the match.
Common Mistake: 'Make a New Donation' creates a new gift through CyberGrants. If you already donated to TEEI, you need 'Log an Offline Donation' to request the corporate match on your existing gift. - 3
Search for TEEI by EIN
CyberGrants uses IRS data for nonprofit verification. Search by our EIN 33-2331817 for the fastest, most accurate result.
Select 'The Educational Equality Institute' in New York, NY (US 501(c)(3), EIN 33-2331817). Verify the address shows 100 Church Street, New York. - 4
Upload Your Receipt & Submit
CyberGrants requires proof of donation. Upload the receipt we emailed you after your gift. CyberGrants may accept a screenshot, PDF, or photo of your receipt.
Logging Volunteer Hours? Many CyberGrants companies also offer volunteer grants. If you volunteered with TEEI or another nonprofit, log those hours separately in the 'Volunteer' section to earn additional corporate grants.
Who Uses CyberGrants?
These companies use CyberGrants for employee giving programs.
Don't see your company? They may still use CyberGrants—check your HR portal or benefits page.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is CyberGrants FrontDoor?
CyberGrants FrontDoor is the employee-facing portal for logging donations and requesting matches. Each company has its own branded FrontDoor URL—there's no universal login.
Why can't I access my company's CyberGrants portal from home?
Many companies require VPN or intranet access to reach their CyberGrants portal. Try connecting to your corporate network first, or access through your company's HR/benefits portal.
What's the difference between 'Make a Donation' and 'Log an Offline Donation'?
'Make a Donation' creates a new gift through CyberGrants. 'Log an Offline Donation' records a gift you already made directly to a nonprofit (like TEEI) so you can request the corporate match.
What's the matching gift request deadline?
It varies by company. Bank of America: March 31 of the following year. Verizon: 12 months from donation. State Farm: Check your portal. Always submit as soon as possible after donating.
Does CyberGrants support volunteer grants?
Yes! Many CyberGrants companies offer 'Dollars for Doers' volunteer grant programs. Log your volunteer hours in the same portal to earn additional corporate grants for TEEI or other nonprofits.
