TEEI can receive matching gifts through major workplace giving platforms and employer-led matching workflows. If you cannot find us in your internal system, contact us and we will help confirm the appropriate registration or setup path.
03 How long does the matching process take?
For the employee, submitting a match request takes less than five minutes. Verification and disbursement timelines vary by company, typically 2-8 weeks from submission to match completion. Some companies with automated systems process matches within days.
04 What is the typical matching ratio?
91% of matching programmes use a 1:1 ratio: your company matches every dollar the employee donates. Some companies match at 2:1 or even 3:1. A few companies also offer volunteer grants, providing $17-25 per volunteer hour to the nonprofit.
05 Can we set up payroll deductions to TEEI?
Yes. If your company uses a workplace giving platform with payroll deduction capabilities, employees can set up recurring donations to TEEI directly from their pay. Contact our partnerships team to coordinate setup with your HR department.

Corporate partners with matching gift programmes receive quarterly impact summaries and annual ESG-ready reports. These include total matched funds, programme outcomes, SDG alignment data, and individual-level tracking (anonymised). Reports are formatted for GRI, SASB, and EU CSRD frameworks.
