What this means for a 100-person company

If 25 employees volunteer 2 hours per month through TEEI's skills-based programmes, that generates 600 hours per year of pro bono professional service.

At the Taproot Foundation's $220/hour valuation, that is $132,000 in skills-based value your company can report in its CSR disclosures.

Meanwhile, participants show 52% lower turnover, saving your company an estimated $50,000-$200,000 in annual recruitment and onboarding costs.

1

Tell us your goals

We learn about your CSR priorities, team size, geographies, and engagement goals. You tell us what matters. We identify which programmes fit and draft internal communications your team can use to recruit volunteers.

2

We build your programme

Together, we define the mix of volunteering activities, time commitment, and reporting cadence. Employees receive a briefing pack, complete a short safeguarding orientation, and sign up through a dedicated registration flow.

3

Volunteers start within 2 weeks

Sessions begin. Employees log hours through the CSR Cockpit. Managers see participation data in real time. At the end of each cycle, you receive a full impact report: participation rates, hours logged, learner outcomes, and stories from the programme.

Frequently asked questions

What is the minimum number of employees required?

There is no minimum. We have partners with 5 volunteers and partners with 500. The programmes are designed to work at any scale.

How much does it cost?

Companies default to the Open tier at $0. That includes programmes, volunteer matching, safeguarding, reporting, and CSR Cockpit access. Optional sponsorship tiers are available for partners who want co-branding, dedicated support, research collaboration, or custom programme design. We are funded by donations, grants, and sponsorships -- not software licensing fees.

How quickly can we start?

From initial conversation to first volunteer session typically takes 2-4 weeks. Employee onboarding includes a brief safeguarding orientation and programme-specific guidance.

What reporting do we receive?

Full access to the CSR Cockpit: participation data, hours logged, SROI calculations, learner outcomes, and AI-generated impact reports exportable as PDF, slides, CSV, or CSRD/ESRS-structured formats.

Are the programmes CSRD/ESRS compliant?

Yes. The CSR Cockpit maps volunteer activity to ESRS S1 (workforce engagement), ESRS S3 (community impacts), and GRI 413 data points. Reports include the structured data auditors expect.

Can employees choose which programme they join?

Absolutely. Employees sign up individually based on their interests and availability. Most partners offer all five programmes and let employees self-select.
