Questions

How we measure and report impact

01 How does TEEI measure partnership impact?
We track both outputs (hours donated, sessions completed, participants reached) and outcomes (skill assessment gains, employment outcomes, satisfaction scores). Every partnership includes a baseline measurement at the start and regular progress tracking through our platform. Data is collected through our scheduling and assessment tools, not self-reported estimates.
02 What data do corporate partners receive?
Partners receive quarterly impact summaries with key metrics and one spotlight story, plus a comprehensive annual report with full data, SDG alignment, and SROI calculations. All reports are formatted for direct inclusion in GRI, SASB, and CSRD frameworks. Raw data exports are available on request for your internal analytics teams.
03 Can reports be customized to our ESG framework?
Yes. During onboarding, we align our reporting with your specific ESG requirements. Whether your company reports against GRI Standards, SASB, UN SDGs, or the EU's CSRD, we map our metrics to your framework's indicators. We can also add custom KPIs that matter to your specific programme.
04 How quickly can a partnership programme launch?
Most partnerships are operational within 2-4 weeks. This includes programme design, employee onboarding, platform setup, and the first matching cycle. For large-scale deployments (100+ employees), we recommend a 4-6 week onboarding to ensure quality matching and proper baseline measurement.
05 Are the case studies on this page real?
The stories on this page represent composite examples based on our programme design and typical outcomes. As our corporate partnership portfolio grows, we will feature named partners with their permission. Contact us to discuss specific partnership outcomes and speak with our team about expected results for your programme.
06 What is the minimum commitment for a partnership?
There is no minimum financial commitment for employee volunteering programmes. They are donor-funded through TEEI's general operations. For structured partnerships with custom reporting, we recommend a 6-month minimum to generate meaningful outcome data. Matching gift programmes have no minimum commitment at all.
